About this asset
This is a model of the extravagant Stockholm landmark Daneliuska huset, located at Birger Jarlsgatan 20[maps.app.goo.gl] and built between 1898 and 1901. The architect was inspired by french renaissance castles and decorated the building lavishly. It's commonly refereed to as the "flatiron building" in Swedish because of it's unique shape.

@Kalle____ it is avoidable.... have a look at other creators, for example Nameinvalid, Modocero and so many more...or even norlin.martin who is doing quite similar assets from Stockholm. I would especially suggest having a look at https://cslmodding.info/ as well as the asset optimization guide by Ronyx and Comrade Intense. I hope you can take my suggestions as hint and help! I appreciate your effort but like this it is not usable for the majority of players.

@TobbySkylines: I understand where you're coming from, and yes it's a high triangle-count, but that is somewhat unavoidable when you want a more detailed model that does justice to the original.

Beautiful work, but still way too less optimized, that amount of tris for a "small" residential building is not reasonable, for me is no asset that you made subbable because of that, I would love to see your buildings reworked

Thank you all! @erikssonolle02: Yeah I'm considering it! But it seems the assets need to be reworked for CS2, so it's not as easy as a copy-paste, unfortunately
