Stop Walking Home Fix

Beskrivning
Fix instances where colonists would walk home from outside workplaces instead of taking trains, even when the train station is available and functioning and they took it to work.

Please note, this will not fix colonists who have already started walking.

This should also fix some of the unnecessary walking between long distance domes.

Thanks, I think it helped solve my problem. I'm not sure if it's related to the mode or not but suddenly a bunch of colonists are looking for work / a lot of vacant jobs, then they fill up again.

this fix seems to be preventing some of my people from being able to work outside of the domes they live in.
