This is a known visual limitation due to how the game handles different plant sizes. Since this mod allows planting any seed into a small Flower Vase (which was originally designed only for small decor plants), the pivot points won't align perfectly for larger crops like Mealwood or Wheezeworts.

Fixing this would require manually hardcoding visual offsets for every single plant species in the game, which is too time-consuming and maintenance-heavy. Please consider this a small trade-off for the convenience of the mod. Thanks for understanding!
