The majority of the grind in this category will be for the "Top Driver" trophy, which requires you to have a Driver rating of 99. To do this, I recommend selecting Michael Schumacher in one of the top teams (so McLaren, Mercedes, Red Bull & Ferrari). Set the parameters however you like, but disable the rules, add the KonnerSport team to earn more XP, and set the AI level as low as possible to help you and set the weekend duration as short as possible . Once you reach a race weekend, use the quick practice function, which will do the requested exercises for you during practice. After the three practice sessions, change the engine components to take a 20-place penalty. Get pole position and then do a last-to-first to win the race. Repeat this at every Grand Prix of the season until you reach level 99 (if the trophy doesn’t pop immediately, restart the game, and the trophy should normally appear).

How to make the trophy : The brackets are just milestones that will naturally progress in your career, and the advantage is that when you complete one, it will give you a lot of experience for your driver level.

Earn 4 Perks from your Specialists as any driver in Driver Career.

How to make the trophy : Specialists are NPCs who will set objectives for you to complete during a Grand Prix weekend. To unlock a specialist bonus, you must level them up to level 1.

How to make the trophy : At the end of the season, you will be able to choose your new team. When signing your contract, make sure it lasts several years to unlock the trophy.


Circuit King
Complete a full season in Driver Career.

How to make the trophy : You will get this trophy at the end of the season

In the Zone
Lock-in your Fanzone choices for a new F1® World season.

How to make the trophy : As soon as you arrive in F1 World, the game will ask you to choose your team and favorite driver. Once that's done, the trophy should pop up.


Tech Milestone
Reach Tech Level 250.

How to make the trophy : In F1 World, you will be able to improve the technical level of your car. To do this, you will need to equip your car with parts that have the highest possible technical level (parts that you can unlock in events). How to make the trophy : Fortunately for us, this trophy is much easier in F1 25 than in F1 24. To get this trophy, you will need to drive cleanly in F1 World to increase your license level. So avoid causing accidents, going off track, or making false starts (from rank B, the game becomes stricter than at rank C, so be careful). To boost your progression a little more, you can go to ranked or invitational events after reaching a technical level of 250 for the trophy above, because against other players, the license level increases more easily. How to make the trophy : By winning certain challenges, you will be able to unlock tickets that will allow you to participate in invitation-only events. You can either do it solo against the AI or with friends, it doesn't matter. Even if you don't succeed in the challenge, it's okay because it still counts towards the trophy. Finish in 5 to get the trophy.

By consistently getting pole positions and winning races, you should achieve it at some point (you need 3 positive notes in the fan notes to get the trophy). If your second driver performs well, that will also help you.

Achieve your first Specialisation.

How to make the trophy : In My Team, you get your first Specialisations for spending 7 skill points in the Owner Training. You can gain skill points my levelling up your Manager by winning races or by completing Activities which boost your Manager XP

How to make the trophy : This trophy should normally be achieved if you agree to meetings to extend one of your drivers during the season.

Reach maximum Loyalty with a Secondary Sponsor.

How to make the trophy : Honestly, this trophy is super annoying. To unlock it, you'll just have to drive and drive and drive again until you get it. Luckily, there is a way to increase your progress on it. First, go to your car customization and apply the maximum number of stickers from the secondary sponsor you want to level up (if you modify one of the sponsor's stickers, this is the only way to "know its level" because once you have all the sticker variants, your sponsor will be at the maximum level and you'll unlock the trophy).

How to make the trophy : Honestly, this trophy is just pure RNG because you simply have to wait for sponsors to come to you to join your team. In the activities, you have one activity that increases your chances of attracting sponsors, but that's it. (Be careful not to confuse the message that a sponsor has joined you with a sponsor being interested in working with you; it's not the same and this won't count for the trophy)


Signature Success
Secure a Driver Contract after proposing a counter-offer.

How to make the trophy : In My Team, once the Contract Window opens , select "View Counter Offers" when offering your driver a new contract and choose the lowest percentage option, then advance the calendar, and you'll be prompted that they declined it and that you can offer them another contract. This time, choose "View Counter Offers' and select the highest percentage option. This trophy should pop after they've accepted the new contract.


All Systems Go
Advance to Phase 4 with any Facility.

How to make the trophy : In My Team, you're able to upgrade your Engineering, Personnel and Corporate Facilities. Each Facility has a different target needed to reach Phase 4. The left number is how many people currently work for that Facility and the right number is the Workforce (the total number that can work there). Keep upgrading the improvements that increase your Workforce the most, and once your Workforce hits the Phase 4 threshold, the trophy will pop
(If you have unlocked all the other trophies in My Team mode, don't hesitate to simulate the races to save time.)


Brand Loyalty
Reach maximum loyalty with a Title Sponsor.

How to make the trophy : In My Team, after selecting your Title Sponsor, keep doing races whilst signed to them to gain loyalty with them. You can also do some Corporate Activities that help gain Title Sponsor Loyalty. Make sure that you don't change Title Sponsors unless you have already achieved this trophy
(you also have a perk in the owner training in the business category that increases progression by 15%)


Lucrative Alliance
Secure a Sponsor Contract after proposing a more favourable counter-offer.

How to make the trophy : In My Team, after being prompted to sign a new contract for next season's title sponsor, select a different sponsor than the one you are currently using, then choose to "View Counter Offers," pick the offer that says "More Favourable Contract," and advance the calendar. If they accept, you should get the trophy; if they refuse, try this technique with another sponsor.

I highly recommend that you have already earned the 'Brand Loyalty' trophy before doing this one to save time


Locked In
Secure a contract with a new Title Sponsor.

How to make the trophy : You should normally unlock this trophy at the same time as the 'Lucrative Alliance' trophy.
