Creates a Game Rule - Bankruptcy

Changes all mission sponsors so that you start with negative minus zillions funds, if you want a more challange play but with any mission sponsor.

You can only change your starting rocket, what your bring to Mars. But you can't import any items from Earth, you can't even import humans. So unless a event happens and you get humans anyway, you might never get any humans.

You will however start with drone printing and the positronic brain.
