Superior Superconducting Computing

Omschrijving
Superconducting Computing has always been quite weak and does not effectively delay colonists if you have enough income. This mod aims to make it more viable.
The base SCC gives 1.5 RP per electricity up to 500, then 0.375 (1/4th of the original) beyond 500 excess power.
The mod now has a mod config menu where you can adjust the threshold (500 default), penalty over threshold (4 default, lower = less penalty) and global RP modifier from SCC (1x by default)
This should fill the need to make it however OP you want.
