Show Merit Rank in Character Lists (formerly Show Merit Level When Grant Titles)

Opis
Features
- Displays Merit Rank directly in character lists, no need to click each character individually.
(Only active under Meritocratic\Celestial governments or Meritocratic Khanate)

- Shows rank icon with color coding: Unranked (gray), Rank 9 (white), Rank 8 (cyan), Rank 7-6 (green), Rank 5-4 (red), Rank 3-2 (purple), Rank 1 (gold-purple/pink).
(Progress bar turns red when character has reached their maximum Merit Rank)

- Supported lists: Grant Title/Domain, Cabinet Appointment ((for Chinese Emperors), Character Finder, Marriage/Concubine/Guardian interfaces.
Compatibility
- This mod only modifies a few gui documents. Theoretically, it is compatible with almost all other mods. If you encounter any display issues, please place this mod at the bottom of your load order.

- Save-game compatible. Supports all languages available in vanilla CK3.

你搞得这些动作本来也解决不了不显示的问题。你单独只开我这一个mod能显示品级吗？

@角闪煌斑岩 皇帝因为不能参加乡试，所以实际上是看不到封臣开没开的（AI本身有开，但地图不会显示），隔壁一个溥天之下的修改mod加了皇帝能参加乡试，就能看到封臣开科举了

Honestly something like this be in the game, because you get Tension penalties when giving out titles to someone not of the proper rank. I think it's like a +5 or +10 penalty.

I wasn't even trying and hit like x30 this one time.
