Basically is up to 1600 flip to Hindu for CCR deity and Hindu monuments, consolidate power in Moluccas, Malacca and The Philippines, core everything and reduce authonomy to farm government reforms, you need war against the world casus belli and razing the most. So by 1600 you have access to horde mechanics, you are local power with coring time sub 12 months, so rebels can't spawn, unless by event, from that point you just go.
