Beskrivning
A small 3-Hex building that trains specialists like the Martian University. Doesn't require researching Martian Education to unlock, but also doesn't allow you to choose which specialties to train and every colonist who doesnt have a specialty wants to go there. For more control you need the Martian University (which requires tech). Otherwise it serves its purpose.
