LIM Falchion Flight II | Survival-Ready Heavy Frigate

The Falchion, a long-serving frigate suited for heavy patrols and fleet engagements, is finally getting its upgrade to bring it into the next century. The Halcyon's sensor suite and fire control system, new engines from our heavy cruiser line, new negative-state navigational radars from the Autumn II, much heavier armor, improved jump range, onboard food production facilities, and a dedicated ammunition storage compartment all push this hull thoroughly into the standards being set for the next evolution of warfare.

Its initial service in the Enigma system was unintended, as a major local power - Triourocore - was simply fulfilling a contract by the local LIM agency to field test this new flight's modifications in exchange for the plans and the license to set up a production line locally in the system. The presence of these units proved to be the exact edge needed to combat rising terrorism from a new faction. Unable to combat the Flight II's readiness, flexibility, and speed, the group was forced to withdraw from the system entirely as their last remnants were quickly tracked down and dealt with. Putting such advanced capabilities into such a flexible unit allowed the crews to autonomously go after confirmed targets with unparalleled speed.
