WW Constant Meteor Storms

Opis
Meteor Storms start around SOL 7 then reoccur every following 7 or so SOLs, repeating until the end of the game or you disable in Mod Options. Terraforming will not stop them from occuring. Default setting starts cold waves at about 7 SOLs (170 hours in game), time can be adjusted in Mod Options. Use with the Armageddon rule for best effect.
