alternative combine soldier sounds

replaces some combine soldier sounds (death sounds, radio clicks) with my own version. the radio clicks are made out of a mix of the audio file "city_copradio1" from the 2003 leak, as well as some radio sounds from the e3 2002 demo. the death sound effects are made out of a mix of retail sounds, e3 2002 sounds, and HECU death sounds.

features and changes:

- different sounds for combine soldiers turning their radios on and off while speaking.

- different death sounds, much more guttural and include choking + labored breathing sounds, also includes a flatline sound effect.

- one death sound effect (die2 i think) has the combine soldier let out a death rattle before flatlining.

- heavier bootsteps, inspired by the combine bootsteps from e3 2002.

i plan to add sound effects for the gear footsteps, rappelling from rooftops, and nova prospekt bunker radio chatter.
