this replaces ambience tracks in dead center mall with a C.E.D.A Emergency broadcast sound clip with liminal music in the background for a creepy feel while exploring liberty mall

@lesuperfishe, glad you liked it, i have great ideas for no mercy hospital, dark carnival but idk how to do soundcache mods yet

Finally got around to check it out definetly a favorite, i think there is room for other ambient mods like this like the military base checkpoint in the parish or maybe add a dead air airport automated intercom simular to dead center

@lesuperfishe works on official valve servers, but others wont be able to hear it unless they also have the mod on as well
