Winter

Adds winter to the northern hemisphere of the campaign map. Just in the time for Christmas! No, I won't change this description once it's July next year.

The year lasts 24 turns, winter lasts 6 turns. Armies in the snow take attrition damage unless they have snow attrition immunity. Settlements in the snow suffer a growth malus during winter.

Battle-maps will be snowy if the battle-map supports snow. I didn't add snow to these battle-maps, CA added it and then never used it because ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Feel free to use any code or assets in this mod for whatever you want, create an alternate version or fork of it, etc etc
