Eikonic Feat: Shiva's Cloaks

Part of Rage of the Eikons, a crossover mod with content ported from and based on FFXVI.

Adds Eikon Shiva's cloaks as a game feature tied to Trident of the Oracle.

"Regal cloaks of the Lady of Frost.
Said to chill even the strongest of wills."

Requires VFX and Abilities Mod to unlock and utilize the cloak:

This cape replaces an enemy in Episode Gladiolus, disable this mod if playing that DLC. It is being used for its physics to allow Noctis to have a trigger based cape with working physics, as the game does not typically allow that so a work around had to be found.
