Upgrade the broken sword to +2, equip the ring of spikes, and buy one sun powder from the excentric merchant (the one with the tablet quest).

Item setup: 1. Use life extract (i found 2) 2. Use the lifting spell 3. apply the powder 4. Circle the prison warden, hitting him with charged attacks, healing if necessary (10 vials was enough).
