This (U) Universal version for 1.14, unlock level 15, complexity 9, Core 1 highly upgradeable base will be my new all around space base for Vanilla, and most Scenarios. Uses all standard Vanilla assets for maximum compatibility.

Does double duty as an all purpose base/hub with 4 bays that hold 8 small SVs or 4 medium SVs. Or can become your main base where you can add any storage modules of your choice for expansion.

The columnar design allows for excellent WIFI provided by 6 Wifi modules with any ship or module.

Because many newer Scenarios now use their own proprietary cores, I have left it for you to install the correct cores for your scenario. This should allow this blueprint to be much more universally compatible.

(you may need to upgrade the WIFI on your chosen modules)

Starts with 3 Advanced constructors, 2 Furnaces, 1 Deconstructor, and 4 small constructors.

Add an additional 8 Universal constructors/Advanced constructors and all the small/other constructors that you can fit in the hangars along the edges.

Comes with 15X container controllers at 320k. The 3 blue controllers can be combined with the 3 yellow controllers to make 3X 640k BULK controllers in RE2. 48 mostly large color coded and speed sorted cargo boxes are available for additional storage.

Comes with 15 solar panels, 14 solar capacitors, and 2 large generators. Upgrades to 2 additional large generators.

Placement ready for 4 Basic Plasma Turbines, 4 Standard Plasma Turbines, and 1 Advanced Plasma Turbine near the bottom column of base.

There is placement for 1 Large/Advanced shield in the center column. Ready for 8 turrets and 16 Sentrys if needed.

This is a completely rebuilt structure inspired by Stellar Titan's "New Terra" style of POIs available in your gamefile workshop blueprint directory by searching for "New Terra".
