Wanted to make a commander profile for when playing with the Chaos Theory rule, so that you don't have to restart all the time because some tech is on the other side of the tech tree that is vital for survival.

Research buildings automated at 35% efficiency

Drone Hub - Enables you to build the drone hub
Construction Nanites - Buildings are constructed automatic if materials are present
Micro Industrialization - Grants three micro factories, that make polymer, machine parts, electronics and fuel, fully automated at 50% can be worked by 3 workers.
