Foreword
Selecting and loading mods individually requires tedious clicking and enduring excessively long loading times. Adjusting load order also involves prolonged mouse clicking. To streamline mod management, I referenced a mod manager previously used in “Call to Arms - Gate of Hell” and developed this SeaPower mod manager using gemini-3-pro-preview.

Basic functions
1. Create a folder to save the program

2. Open the program to configure the user settings file (usersettings.ini) and Workshop path

User settings file path reference:
C:\Users\{your_user_name}\AppData\LocalLow\Triassic Games\Sea Power\usersettings.ini
Workshop path reference:
E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\1286220

3. Click Load/Refresh to load mod list

4. Double-click to toggle mods on/off

5. Drag selected mods to reorder loading sequence

6. Click Save Configuration (Overwrite Backup) to save settings

1. After saving configuration, click Save Preset to automatically store the preset file in the ‘Presets’ folder within the same directory

2. Click Load Preset to select a preset to load. Before loading, the system will check the Workshop directory for mods included in the preset; if absent, a pop-up notification will appear
3. Click Save Configuration (Overwrite Backup) to save settings


- Path configuration, language selection, and font size adjustment are only required during initial setup. These settings are stored in ‘ModManagerConfig.json’ within the same directory and will be automatically loaded upon subsequent launches.
- Upon saving configuration, ‘usersettings.ini’ will automatically create a backup copy named ‘usersettings.ini.bak’ in the same directory. Each subsequent save will overwrite ‘usersettings.ini.bak’.
