Basic Info
Allows the Martian Assembly to be demolished and refabbed. Moving your Martian assembly elsewhere will wreck your government factions and your base government properties. I take no responsibility for this; it was made indestructible for a reason.

Honestly, i kinda feel like the Martian Assembly should instead be limited to 2, with one needing to be out at all times once built so you are able to move it around

The consequences are simple: Rebuilding the Martian Assembly forces you to choose your government again and reshuffles factions.
