Sauvan Ydin now provides tinkering effects in a (rather large) region around itself when dropped

This mod doesn't override any files, opting instead to modify them based on the content/context of the code, so any other mods that affect the wand core should work fine with this so long as this is loaded after them.

I made this primarily because I love the "Christmas Tree" mod that makes the tree provide tinkering all the time, but I've had the tree as my base so many times now that I want a change of scenery. With this, you can plonk the wand core down in the middle of your base as a centerpiece and it'll provide the whole place with tinkering.
