Must have:

At least 2x Pen Marker,
At least 2x Trough,
At least 1x Wall Pottery Shelf,
At least 1x Wall Tool Shelf,
At least 1x Small or Large Water Barrel

Minimum grid space area 75.

I think it's great, and these kinds of mods are the most useful for adding more features.

If there's no problem, I recommend these ideas if you like them:
Fire Station (water storage, well, and a bonus for carrying water from one place to another)
Tailor's Room
(bonus for unraveling clothes and anything that uses fabric to create new clothes)
