It seems to get very sadly overlooked, but Akazie's already got dedicated animations for the Benelli M4 Super 90 / 'Autoshotgun' that might be a better choice. At least for the Reach animations that don't end up clipping through the weapon as they were designed with the Blitzing Fangs' open-at-the-top stock in mind (For those that care about having them, of course):
