You can change game properties

1. Option > Mod Options > Change the properties you want
2. Select Custom Game rule and start game!

Modifier Applies to new games only.

I just tried to use this mod in a game and with the mod enabled I didn't see it in the mod options section of the pre game menus. I also noticed that the game rules tab of the starting a new colony section completely screwed up somehow, no rules were shown at all just the earth in the background. I'm unsure what caused the issues in general
