Reasonable Prices

Beskrivelse
Caps or remove price scaling so that at high income a mediocre courtier doesn't cost more than a city. And a gift to a dirt poor OPM isn't an arm and a leg.

Features:
All income based event scaling capped. Once monthly income passes 50 (cost of a building), event scaling will not follow.
Scaling removed from mechanics such as market creation, and hiring courtiers.
Various other income scaled mechanics capped.
Diplomacy costs (such as send gift) are now based on their income instead of a combination of yours (no more 1000 ducat gifts to OPMs).

Any word on when we can have an update to this mod? It's not fun having to take multiple loans because an unnamed merchant died in a random event.

Still on 1.07, but I got an event as Poland-Lithuania to fund a national library for 45k ducats. Seems it slipped through.

That's too bad, I was thinking of trying it out.

Broken again by Paradox's constant patch spam

Also for events where you get to choose between getting cash from your estate or their loyalty in parliament debate, the choice is now between 10% loyalty or 100 ducats instead of whatever sum they were going to give you before, making these choices useless if you're strapped for cash. Just beware of using this mod as it sets all event ducats choices to 100 ducats.

This seems to also be impacting the gifts that estates give you also. Usually I'd get a couple thousand ducats from my estates when they gift me, but with this mod i'll only get max 100 ducats. It does help with events that are cost scaling, but it will cap the max amount of pretty much anything cost scaled, even positives.

@POP will look into it.

Hello, my vassals and allies still invoke favors (or the like) to demand steep payments, and refusing them costs me dip reputation.

Colonial maintenance was not touched. Price scales with number of charters as in vanilla.

colonial creation and maintenance should be price scaled but for GPs 1~10 cause Castille and France eat up everything I only found out after Castille colonized all of West Africa and spreading into the congo before 1485
