Holy Relic
During the 4th main quest, *Seek and You Shall Find*, you need to locate the relic of Knight Boleslav.

Steps:
1. Progress through the quest until the objective to find the relic appears.
2. Explore the designated area carefully to locate the relic.
3. Once obtained, the achievement will unlock automatically.

Tip: Follow quest markers and pay attention to your surroundings to avoid missing the relic.

Better Safe Then Sorry
You made yourself a plague mask



This achievement unlocks automatically after completing the quest "Prevention," where you need to craft a plague mask.

You will need: rope, leather, mint or sage, and the oil recipe.

- Rope: found on the construction site inside the monastery.
- Leather: can be cow, pig, or deer skin (if you already have it in your inventory, you can use that).
- Mint or sage: located in the garden next to the infirmary.
- Oil recipe: ask the librarian, who will provide it.

If you ignore this quest, it will disappear and the achievement may be missed.



Do Good To All People
You helped the people of monastery



To unlock this achievement, complete two side quests and interact with Monk Vincent:


- Available during the 2nd main quest, *Anamnesis*.
-Go talk to a girl in front of infirmary
- Speak to Albich in the infirmary: "I need some advice. A girl is sick."
- Then choose: "How can I help Maddie?"
- Albich will give you the Anti-inflammatory potion recipe.
- Before speaking to Albich, interact with the library cat for the "Feline Affection" achievement (needs 2 more interactions later).

- Available after the 2nd main quest in the infirmary.
- Talk to Zacharias and Denes to start the quest.
- Optional objectives: find a book about crayfish and catch 8 crayfish for the "Ostraconophobia" achievement.

- After completing both quests, go to Monk Vincent in the monk quarters (next to the library). - Follow this dialogue:
- "Talk" → Speech Skillcheck: "I'm here on behalf of Albich, speak"
- Continue: "I sleep quite soundly" → "This happened to you?" → "Has this happened to you before?" → "What did the demon look like?"
- Speech Skillcheck: "You can rest easy" (23 Speech)
- Scholarship Skillcheck: "Let's pray" (21 Scholarship)
- Final: "Do you feel better now?" → achievement unlocks.


Survivor
You listened to all of brother Vojta’s jokes... and survived



During the 2nd main quest *Anamnesis*, you will need to open a locked door at the end of the quest.
Behind the door, you will find Monk Vojtiech.


Dialogue steps:

1. "I don't judge anyone"
2. "What book are you talking about?"
3. "Why doesn't anyone know about this?"
4. "What was Jaroslav actually working on?"
5. "What did Jaroslav want to write about?"
6. "I like that"
7. "That's true"

You must repeatedly ask him to tell more jokes until he runs out of them.
The achievement unlocks once all jokes have been heard.


Stop Licking That!
You tasted flour... from the hair of a dead person



During the 3rd main quest *To Dust You Shan’t Return*, your objective is "Inspect the recovered bodies."

Steps:
1. Enter the barn where 2 dead bodies are located.
- You can pickpocket the barn key from the guard or lockpick the back door (hard lock).
2. Inspect the younger body’s head → hair → taste the powder.

If you do not complete this step, the achievement will be missed.


Ostraconophobia
You were nipped to death by crayfish



During the quest *Our Old Bread*, complete the optional objective "Catch Crayfish."

Steps:
1. First, find the book related to the crayfish. 2. Crayfish are small lobster-like creatures found on the floor of the 3 ponds in the west of the monastery grounds.
3. You must allow the crayfish to kill you to unlock the achievement.

Note: Crayfish do not always pinch on the first attempt. You can drop them and pick them up again until they kill you to unlock the achievement.


Quiet as a Church Mouse
The knights never had to escort you to infirmary



This achievement spans the entire DLC.

Requirement:

Complete the DLC story without ever being caught by guards and escorted back to the infirmary.

Note:

During the mission *Seek and You Shall Find*, the guards may escort you back regardless of your choices. Stay alert throughout the DLC.



Feline Affection
You repeatedly interacted with a cat. Aren’t you worried Mutt will know



Steps:
1. During the 2nd main quest *Anamnesis*, interact with the library cat during the objective "Speak with librarian Crispin."
2. After the 2nd main quest, interact with the cat again during the *Maddening Pain* quest.
3. During the final quest *The Time Has Come*, interact with the cat during the objective "Find out how to forge documents."

You need multiple interactions throughout the game to unlock this achievement.
