Beskrivning
Replaces the base sounds and effects in the game used with those in my Overhaul Campaign mod

Note: These are cosmetic changes only! There are no changes to any other files other than effects and fire effects! If a change was required to be made to the weapon file it was not made here so no bullet contrails were added to covenant plasma weapons as an example.

Okay, the fix for the sniper rifle is live. I'll be testing it out myself now to make sure all the other sounds are okay.

The sniper rifle did not have the correct sound file attached to it so I am recompiling the files now and will be uploading that shortly
