- Roads remove 30% cost of terrain and 100% cost of vegetation and improve market access
- Upstream river now gives -25 proximity cost
- Changed how great power score is calculated
- Reduced antagonism debuff from hegemonies
- Removed some annoying pop-ups
- Moved assimilate area from cultural hegemon to Renaissance advancement (Multiplayer QoL)
- Culture hegemon now gives +10% assimilation/convertion speed
- Added new policy for Personal Unions that disables junior partner's ability to declare other wars than against senior
