• As a PMC, kill one of the hooded Cultists at night with a Cultist knife to unlock the hidden Killer of Killers achievement that stays on your profile through wipes.
  
• First get a Cultist knife (from Cultists or your Hideout’s Cultist Circle), keep it in your secure container, and only equip it when you actually find a Cultist in a night raid.
  
• Hunt Cultists between 22:00 and 7:00 on Night Factory, Customs Stronghold, Woods marked circles, or Shoreline resort, isolate one, then finish them with two clean head chops using the Cultist knife.

Killer of Killers is one of Escape From Tarkov’s hidden achievements. The condition is simple on paper: eliminate one of the hooded Cultists at night, with a Cultist knife, while you are playing as a PMC. When you do it correctly, you get a small popup in the corner and the achievement gets locked into your profile, staying there through wipes as part of your overall achievement completion.



Before you start night raids, sort the key item. You need a Cultist knife, nothing else works. The usual way is to loot it from a Cultist priest or warrior, or grab it from your Hideout’s Cultist Circle when you get lucky with a roll. Since you lose the knife on death even if it is just sitting in your melee slot, most players keep it tucked inside the secure container and only pull it out when they are sure it is time to commit to the kill.

When you are ready to hunt, queue as a PMC into a night raid that starts between 22:00 and 7:00. Pick maps where Cultists are common and predictable. Night Factory is tight and loud but easy to clear room by room. Customs at night feels more like a normal raid, with Cultists usually around Stronghold and the surrounding yards. Woods and Shoreline also work if you know their usual bushes, trees, and resort angles. Move slowly near suspected spawn spots, use night vision plus a good flashlight, listen for quiet gunfire. If something shoots you from the dark with almost no sound, treat it as Cultists and get to cover fast. Thin the group with your main gun first, aim to leave one Cultist alive with broken armor and low health.

Once you have a single Cultist left and the area feels under control, stop and set up the actual achievement. Make sure your melee slot is empty, open your secure container, and move the Cultist knife into that slot. Close distance using cover, ideally pulling him into a tight corridor or a small room where you are not exposed to extra angles. Then swap to the knife and go for clean head hits with light swings instead of wild spam. Two solid chops to the head will usually finish the job. If the time window, map, and conditions are right, the Killer of Killers achievement notification pops up as soon as he dies. Extract with the knife if you can, then check the Achievements tab in your profile and you will see Killer of Killers sitting in the hidden section, permanent proof that you took down a Cultist on their own turf and with their own blade.
