A City Mayor commander profile for my personal use meant to guarantee certain breakthroughs. Specifically Service Bots, Good Vibrations, Mole People, and Printed Electronics. It also gives double the standard City Mayor starting funding, (You gain an extra $4 billion instead of $2 billion) and gives some bonus research points (100).

In my own headcannon, this City Mayor is a direct member of a secret organization called the RxResearch Agency, made by the extremely talented mod creator Dash.
