Description
Add's a game rule to activate to get 35 extra drone hub work area
(exsisting drone hubs arent affected.)

@Droknar im aware from my own testing, just didnt see it as a problem to fix due to me know knowing how. but best guess a bug from paradox side. as its more a pathfinding issue.
@terrficllama i have not observered this. when i have the issue myself, i can try to fix it.

My drones kept getting stuck in domes because they wouldn't use the correct exit with this addon. Also it randomly stops working on things outside the normal radius.

Items placed near the border of the hub's reach say there is no command hub in range. If you place a depot down it will say drones can't reach it. A few minutes later though and it works.
