Hmm, I don't see any specific conquistador linked government reforms on them but the one main difference I do see between conquistador founded and regular colonial nations is that they are army based countries not land based. Interestingly, they are missing even some base game subject actions like the default seize territory for liberty desire penalty and support loyalists/military. Dunno if any of that information helps though

Odd, I dunno how conquistador nations work to be honest. Haven't played with them yet. I set it so it works if they have the conquistador nation idea, does that exist on yours?

Hmm, still doesn't seem to work on conquistador founded colonial nations only. Unless it's something that would only work with a new game

Could you make it apply to Conquistador colonial nations? Seems something about it being conquered by them before being colonial nations removes this option from their subject actions

Idk for balance at least I don't think this should apply to non-colonial nations, bc there's already an option for that it just loses loyalty from them
