Rare Metals Producer (Cheat)

描述
Adds a new "Rare Metals producer" that generates 50 Rare Earth Metals a day. Enough to get a rocket full of funding, and to buy resources needed.

To uninstall this mod, first delete this building from your map and save.

Note: After loading the Mod, the Build menu categories might be shuffled around... try reloading your save. Seems like a bug in the game itself, not the mods.

This definitely reorganized my entire build menu. Not a deal breaker but pretty annoying.

after digging into it further, its not just your mod. its pretty much every mod i tried except for 1 (annoyingly i only tested that and this, which made me assume it was this one causing it)

wondering if theres something in the game that doesn't like mods 😅 also disables achievements which is unfortunate, but again, a fair few do

That's so weird, sorry about that. I have absolutely no idea what might be the cause of that. I didn't even use any LUA or scripting for this. I'll update the description based on your findings, thanks!

In fact, after enabling the mod and loading a save game, the categories in the building menu (infrastructure, energy, life support, etc.) were mixed up and rearranged. It helped when I restarted the game just after loading and enabling the mod, and only then (after restarting the game) launched the save game. Now everything is in the correct order again.

Not sure what you mean, you even see in the screenshot the build menu categories are unchanged. All this mod does is add a single Building to the Production category. You sure you're not using different mods causing this?

why does this mod re-organise the build menu? the dome section moves to the left, moving production all the way to the right
