Featuring a brand-new flag, name and color for the HLR tag (Holy Roman Empire formed via Renovatio Imperii), now you too can be the Emperor of Europe, painting the world in that crisp beautiful blue the continent is known for!

(note that if retroactively applied to a savefile, HLR's color will not be overwritten.)
