Also this has higher comfort than the apartment building, 50 vs. 35. This is somewhat more space efficient, as 10x3 =30 vs the apartment's 24.

@Nerathul Remember; it's a 3 tile building, not a 9 tile, meaning you can fit more people and a small service building into the same space as a regular apartment building.

Am I doing something wrong? I'm subscribed to this asset, RxResearch Agency and Mars Framework, enabled them all but I do not see the asset in the game. I've tried unsubbing and subbing to the latest version, but no result.
