Script: Smolbreyn's Ultra AI

This script is basically the same as my Elite AI script, except that all bot behavior cooldowns have been set to zero or near-zero, and certain bot behavior chances are increased from 90% to 100%. This includes countering thrown objects, aim-shoot delay, countering melee attacks, and weapon accuracy. This script is for those who think that my Elite bots aren't hard enough!

Main Features:
- Bots have improved melee behavior, now they are better at countering attacks, grabs and blocks. Bots will also prioritize melee combo attacking when fighting multiple enemies.
- Bots have better accuracy and have no firing delay when using ranged weapons, and they will not fire in bursts when using automatic ranged weapons.
- Bots at medium to long range will always attempt to dodge incoming projectiles, so firing slow fire rate weapons at them are much less effective at range.
- Bots will attempt to counter thrown weapons.
- Bots will not run towards enemies when on fire and have better reaction time when putting out fire.
- Bots will not run towards enemies when hip-firing.
- Bots will attempt to jump over enemies when surrounded from both sides or when there is at least 1 bot teammate nearby when melee fighting enemies.

This script only affects bots that are set up in the lobby, not bots that are spawned from within the current map. When enabled, a dialogue will appear to all bots during round start up indicating that the script is working.

To disable/enable bots' startup dialogue, type /ubai bd <1/0> or <true/false>.

Credits to Fleecade and Odex64 for their scripts (Chaos Mod and Commands+ respectively). Some codes from those scripts were used in creating the commands that disable/enable bots' startup dialogue.
