Description
Makes it take 24 months to lose great power status

Otherwise you will often lose it in rebellions which is a PAIN since hegemony specific actions will then have to alllll be redone

is it 24 months or 24 years, your description confused me since modifier itself is called "MONTHS_OF_TEETERING_BEFORE_GP_STATUS_LOST"
