Polyphemus in first item room, Speed Ball in first boss room, Guppy's Paw in the first devil room, Guppy's Tail + Dead Cat on Womb II devil room, The Halo on one of the Caves item rooms, Magic Mushroom from the Boss Rush (followed by Capricorn), Guppy's Head in the Womb I devil room. Also ran into Brimstone and Ipecac, didn't take them. Left Book of Belial and The Nail in Womb I devil room. This is one of the craziest Polymphemus Guppy Judas runs I've ever had. (+The Mulligan in some item room, +The Habit in one of the shops). Basically, "all stats up" x3 (x4 if you count Experimental Treatment), insane damage, and I spawn flies every time I hit an enemy or every time an enemy hits me. Satan got obliterated by 5 blue flies.
