Historical Invasion Fix (NOT UPDATED FOR 1.18.2)

Fixed:

1. Fix the government types of several invaders:
Liao and Jin invaders now use nomadic government
Majapahit invaders now use mandala government
Ziyarid invaders now use clan government.

2. Fix several issues that caused invasions to end prematurely:
The found Hindustan decision now no longer ends the Ghurid invasion
Borjigin invaders will no longer claim the mandate and thus fail their invasion
Mongol successor Yuan now can start invade normally, and won't end the invasion prematurely after claim the mandate of heaven.

3. Fix the religions of Liao and Jin invaders, and the Liao invaders will—just like in history—invade Daibei and Youji.

4. The Mamluk invaders now target Hindustan instead of Rajasthan.

5. Fix the dynasty and house of some invaders (Liao, Yelu, Borjigin)

New features:

1. Add a game rule for additional types of invasion troops.

2. Add a game rule for additional quantities of invasion troops.

3. Add a game rule for whether invaders gain the Conqueror trait at the start of their invasion.
