If you deinstall it and reinstall it, they are working together. But if you start the game again there is the bug I described.
Maybe you can have a look at it, if you have time for this. I would expect that both work together from the code side.
Maybe you can find some good code in the other mod that is more compatible with other mods and you can copy that architecture.
Or maybe the other mod makes a problem by its own.
I can't tell which case matches.
