Co-op Shared Loot Boxes - Fixed for 1.1.13.1

I play brotato primarily co-op. LexLooter's loot box mod was a regularly used mod for me but unfortunately has not been beta for New Dawn since beta or release. This is a mod based off of the original that has been reworked to work for the current 1.1.13.1 version
