Can Mods not effecting everyone uniformly be a hardware issue? I verified my game files earlier today so I don't think its a software issue.... Im still running windows 10 if that matters.

In retrospect I noticed the problem BEFORE I downloaded the pack file. When i first got Mixxu's unlocker (right before my last campaign that started about a month ago) I loaded up some minor factions in RoC to see if he had victory conditions for them (since he didn't in his warhammer 2 version of the mod). I saw there were none there and just assumed he didn't bother making any because ROC is a dead campaign. Only realized something might actually be wrong when I loaded up a mainline faction on ROC today and saw the objectives wiped.
