Safe Speed

Description
Safespeed mod so when below a set speed it will not cause damage when you crash into a object like Space Engineers 2 Safe Speed

Commands
/safespeed → shows current state

/safespeed on | /safespeed off

/safespeed <Speed in m/s> → Set the Speed to which is safe for example "/safespeed 10" anything colliding between 0-10 m/s won't take damage

Not working for stations, if a block would be instantly destroyed, and weird issues at high absolute speed

I did some testing, and it does look like it takes relative speed into account, so this works pretty well.

It works for grids so ships. so long as the grids that collide or below 10 m/s or what ever number you set it to then collision damage won't happen.

Does this work for ships or just players, and does it use relative velocity or absolute velocity? I'm hoping this will fix having a loose part inside a ship that is moving/accelerating, and bounces around at low relative speeds, but still breaks the internals.
