[BNW] Sas's Ukraine - Stepan Bandera

Happy Halloween, everyone! This mod, sure to be completely uncontroversial and universally loved, adds an alternate Ukraine to the game under the leadership of the infamous Stepan Bandera; nationalist commander of the OUN in the interwar years, through his WW2 imprisonment, and until his 1956 assassination by the KGB. Universally reviled in both Poland and Russia, his very existence (and his association with the crimes against humanity committed by the Ukrainian Insurgent Army + other groups which collaborated with the Germans) is a focal point of Russian propaganda even 70 years after his death, and that focus has only helped fuel modern Ukrainian nationalists' veneration of him and softened the edges of a historically very divisive figure among Ukrainians. ...And now he's in Civ 5! How scary!

Ukraine - Stepan Bandera

Born In A Great Hour: On the outbreak of War, enemy Great People are killed and their progress towards their soonest Great Person is reset. Upon making Peace, receive a burst of Tourism akin to a Concert Tour.

Povstans'kyy: Unique Infantry for Bandera's Ukraine. Moves unimpeded by Forest and Jungle tiles, and, when starting its turn there, ignores enemy Zone of Control. Povstans'kyy receive a scaling Combat Strength bonus while at war with 2 or more major Civilizations, increasing per enemy civ.

Plast Camp: Replacing the Barracks for Bandera's Ukraine, the Plast Camp increases the rate at which Great People are born in this city while constructing Military Units and grants newly-trained units the Scouting I promotion.

Includes mod support for Cultural Diversity, and JFDLC.
