SkyPhoenixTweaker - Enchanced Outposts - 2WC

The purpose of this mod is to improve outposts a bit so they can serve your kingdom better. This variant allows to build stone walls and up to 2 work camps, building more work camps allows you to claim more surrounding provinces.
