Harder Campaign Start

Beskrivelse
- C-Bills at the start of the vanilla campaign reduced from 2 mil to 750k.
- Centurion is downgraded to custom BlackJack BJ-1
- Javelin is downgraded to custom Spider SDR-5D.
- Goblin would pilot Commando COM-1B instead of Hero Phoenix Hawk.

Dialogs and voices with mech names can not be easily changed, so bear with it.

Lowk the Centurion isn't even good enough to be downgraded I think the blackjack is acc an upgrade LOL

Well, it's a 5 ton lighter mech. 45 vs 50 ton.
For my playtesting, BJ-1 is having just enough armor to survive early missions.
And I even had to improve armor and add extra ton of ammo, in place of JJ.

I was thinking about 40 ton mechs, but that could be too much (or rather too little?) for some missions.

Both Assassin and Vulcan are oddballs.
Unless i create my own variants, these are no go.

I also wanted to replace starter Javelin for Commando, but it had to be mech with JJ. Touch luck.

BlackJack BJ-1 in place of the Centurion? How exactly is that supposed to be a *down*grade? lol.
