Introduction
Hey y'all, this is my first guide. I decided to spend more time than I should outlining the best way to do one of the core mechanics of the game: the dispatching!
Not everything has to be done in the way I did it, but if you ever want the chance to do everything perfectly (or damn near perfectly), then this is the way.

The first part of the guide will be showing like 75% of the raw stats, and to showcase the time I spent getting this guide to work.
The second part of this guide will be an actual walkthrough to follow to achieve a perfect dispatch.
Things You Need to Know
Here are so main things to keep in mind as we all go through this guide.
1. Next to mission names, there will be a string of 5 numbers. These number, in order, are arranged like so: (Combat, Vigor, Mobility, Charisma, Intellect)

*Note, the heroes that you send out do not need to have every aspect of their character match exactly to the demands of the mission you send them on, it is just a good rule of thumb to match them as best as possible.*

2. This guide is not responsible for the actions you take outside of dispatching. I do not yet know if certain love interest choices or other such choices impact the dispatching portions. I will update this as I go along, so I will change or edit this portion of the guide when I get that information.

3. This is obviously very spoiler heavy, as I will be telling you things based on choices that you'll have to make it the future. If y'all want me to make a guide based on the "dating sim" portion of the game, let me know and I'll make one that ties itself into this guide as well.

4. For now, the guide will just show the most basic information that is needed to get a perfect dispatch, more flavor text info will be added after I get the chance.

5. The guide will show the name of the mission, the stats needed to complete said mission, and then the superhero(es) I used to get that result. Some missions will show more than one option, the general rule of thumb is that the first option listed is usually the one that I have chosen in correlation to other missions later in the dispatch taking priorities for different heroes.

6. Some missions don't require matching all stats, and are more stat specific (meaning needing specific stat checks). For those missions, I have added all the options and the stat checks needed to fulfill said mission.

7. The missions will not be added in the order that the show up. I believe that they may be randomized. Either that or it doesn't matter which mission is done first as long as the hero mentioned in the guide is available to do that mission. Also, you can technically wait till the last possible second to send out heroes so if the guide says to send out a hero but they are still resting, most likely that means that can wait till they are fully rested before accepting the mission.

***This guide will be updated whenever I get the chance. Sorry for it being so bare boned.***

Pilot Dispatch Actual Guide
  • Assault on Criminal Hideout! (6,4,3,1,1)
You don't get an option, you are forced to get Phenomaman. So send him.
  • Investigate the Dorm Room! (1,2,2,4,8)
You actually get some leeway with this one, but not really. Wait til Phenomaman is done resting and then send both him and Brainbook
  • Art Exhibit Opening! (N/A)
Best hero to send for this is Sweetalker and choose to option, 'sprinkle in jokes'
  • High Speed Chase! (7,3,7,1,1)
Send Phenomaman and Pom Pom
  • Attack on the Hospital! (N/A)
Send Brickhouse and choose the option 'Bust through'
  • Monster Attack (4,9,3,4,2)
Send Equilibrium and Brainbook
  • Negotiate with Hostage Takers! (2,4,2,8,5)
Send Sweetalker, it's only going to be a 63% chance, but I've probably did that skill check like 7-8 times and I've haven't failed yet. If you fail, just try again ;)
  • Help Grandma Cross the Road! (1,2,5,1,1)
Send Pom Pom
  • Chase El Diablito!
Send Phenomaman, Brickhouse, and Equilibrium
Onboard Dispatch Actual Guide (Chapter 2)
  • Lost Balloon (1,1,3,2,1)
Send Flambe. Not only is he the best for the guide, but sending him will also get you the 'Nailed It' achievement.
  • Vand-Go Opening (1,1,1,3,3)
Send Malevola . She'll have about an 80% chance, but that is basically a guaranteed win in this game.
  • Cray Cray Bidet (N/A)
This is a hacking minigame.
  • Fight at Crypto Night (N/A)
Send Prism,Punchup, and Golem. You'll be sending Prism anyway because its a perfect match, but I sent Punchup and Golem to get them some extra XP.
***And yes, I am aware that the heroes get more XP for doing a job alone or with a lower chance of success, but this is a perfect dispatch guide so not only will we be getting a lot of XP anyway in later chapters, but I would at least like to guarantee a really good chance of success.***
  • Retrieve Stolen Boat (1,2,4,1,2)
Send Invisigal. She'll have about an 83% chance.
  • Museum Robbery (N/A)
While technically you get a choice whether to hack or not, it is highly preferred to hack instead of any of the skill checks. I sent Malevola and Prism so they could get XP.
  • Blaze in the Burbs (N/A)
Send Golem. Choose option, 'Use your body to smother the flamers'. It'll need a 4 in Vigor, so with Golem you'll be fine
  • In the Zone (1,1,1,4,4)
Send Sonar. He'll have an 83% chance.
  • Apprehend Art Thieves (2,1,5,2,4)
Honestly, you have a little bit more wiggle room with this mission. You can either send Invisigal and Flambe, or Invisigal and Golem. It comes down to which you like more. They are both powerhouses down the road, so neither is a bad choice.
  • Send Literally Anyone Else (1,5,2,4,1) [1/2]
So for these next two missions, it is a one or the other type deal. If you are planning on sacking Coupe, this is not the mission to take. If you are planning on sacking Sonar though, do this mission and send Punchup.
  • Send Sonar as Security (N/A) [2/2]
So for these next two missions, it is a one or the other type deal. If you are planning on sacking Coupe, this is the mission to take. You don't get a choice, send Sonar. If you are planning on sacking Sonar though, do not do this mission.
If you send Sonar, the option, 'Make it relatable. Tell a story' is the best option considering it only needs a 1 in Charisma.
  • Juvenile Pickpocket at Large
Send Malevola. It's a perfect match for the mission.
  • Locate Stolen Art (N/A)
This mission has two optimal outcomes. If you are sacking Coupe like I did, send Invisigal and Prism, mainly because Invisigal has a perfect match for this mission. If not sacking Coupe, send Coupe and honestly whoever is left, mainly because Coupe also has a perfect match for this mission.
  • Granny’s Donuts (N/A)
You don't get a choice, you have to send Invisigal.

Congrats making it through the first official dispatch! It only gets harder from here!
Turnover Dispatch 1/2 Actual Guide (Chapter 3)
***There is technically no reason to attempt a perfect run of Turnover Dispatch 1/2, but just in case you want to, here it is. This part of the chapter is for all intents and purposes made impossible if you don't know the characters. But if you know the characters, you'll know that some characters pair up together. These pairs are:

Sonar & Malevola
Flambe & Prism
Invisigal & Golem
Punchup & Coupe

They will not sabotage each other if sent out on the same mission***

This is a list of some of the Sabotages you'll see in this level. Please refer to these if you see these come up. ***Also, if you get one that is not like any of the ones listed, please put them in the comments below and I will add them.***

Someone doxxed Prism who is now being swarmed by fans
  • Distract them with a song (Needs a 4 in Char)
  • Blast them with light (Needs a 5 in Comb)
  • Push through the crowd (Needs a 3 in Vig)
Prism pushed Golem into wet concrete
  • Ask someone for help (Char Check)
  • Incorporate it into your body (Int Check)
  • Pry yourself loose (Needs a 4 in VIg)
Someone led Malevola to a cult that worships her
  • Fight your way out (Needs a 4 in Comb)
  • Run (Mob Check)
  • Play the part (Needs a 4 in Char)
Prism is playing a loud sound to deafen Sonar
  • Track down the source (Needs a 1 in Mob)
  • Plug up your ears (Int Check)
  • Withstand the noise (Vig Check)

From now on, I will add at the top of the guide Point Allocations that are to be done. Adhere to this as best as possible.
You will give Sonar 1 in Combat, Invisigal 1 in Charisma & Intellect, Prism 1 in Vigor, Malevola 1 in Combat, Golem 1 in Char, Flambe 1 in Vigor, and Sonar 1 in Vigor.

The way this is set up is simple. If you have the points at the beginning of the level, allocate them like so. If you don't have the points, allocate them like so as soon as you are able.

Now we can actually start the guide.

  • Beach Clean Up (1,5,3,4,1)
Send Golem. Continue to cycle through the other options until Punchup requests to go with Golem. Now, I'll be honest. This is one of the only times you'll need to quit and retry during this guide, but it is important that if Golem does not put laxatives in Punchup's coffee that you reset until it happens. Once, you get that outcome, choose the option, 'Force it out of your system.' Golem will still only have a 61% chance to succeed, but that is the best option. You might need to reset for that as well, but hopefully you won't have to.
  • Undercover Drug Bust (2,1,2,4,5)
Send Sonar & Malevola.
  • Trouble at the Tailgate (5,6,2,1,2)
Send Punchup & Coupe

Hero Sabatoged
Someone led Malevola to a cult that worships her
  • Fight your way out (Needs a 4 in Comb)
  • Run (Needs a 3 in Mob)
  • Play the part (Needs a 4 in Char)
Best option is to 'Fight your way out'

  • Assault on the Drug Base (7,7,3,2,2)
Send Flambe & Prism (using Prism’s ability) (89%)
If Prism gets sabotaged by another hero, use the coffee pot item
  • Learn about SDN Scammer (1,1,2,6,5)
Send Golem and Invisigal, base chance is 79%. Now the thing about Golem is that if his ability procs, he has a chance to allocate some of this points into other stats. If his ability procs and he gives an intellect buff, mission success will be higher that 79%.
  • Landslide (1,3,2,2,5)
You don't get a choice, Sonar and Coupe will go together. Sonar will sabotage Coupe. Best option is to 'Backstroke away' which needs a 4 in Mobility, which Coupe should have.
  • Save the Mascot in Peril (3,4,6,1,1)
Send Flambe & Prism or send Invisigal and Golem. Honestly, which ever set you have open.
  • Investigate Tip [1/2] (2,5,5,1,3)
Send Punchup and Coupe, they have a 89% chance.
  • Hack the Scammer [2/2]
10/10 times you should choose to Investigate Tip
  • Parking Lot Backup (1,1,2,4,5)
Send Sonar & Malevola, they'll have a 83% chance.
  • Runaway Train (1,6,6,1,2)
Send either Invisgal & Golem or Flambe & Prism, which ever set you have left.
  • Burglary in Progress
You don't have a choice, send Malevola

Turnover Dispatch 2/2 Actual Guide (Chapter 3)

Also, to a comment way back when asking about where you can see the string of numbers, if you complete a mission and then hover over the skill diagram, it will show you the required numbers to achieve a 100% job. I just put them in a easier to see format for my convenience

Also, please make sure you are taking advice from chapters with "Actual Guide" in the title, the only time I "send Pom Pom twice" was in the Pilot Dispatch notes section, which is not the one to be following, I will take a look at the Personal Security II mission and get back to y'all

I didn't send Pom Pom back to back, yes I'm planning on doing all the missing episodes, and yes i am planning on doing all the other options such as coupe instead of sonar, Phenomaman instead of Waterboy etc. Also, I didn't put points into Punchup as often cause he was fine how he was most of the time

Turnover Dispatch 2/2 Actual Guide
Personal Security II: The Ride
Send Invisigal, she has a perfect match for this mission.

This is incorrect just failed miserably.
I think it may be Coupe

Yeah, the explanation for the interview dispatching plain isn't possible.

You are forgetting to put points into Punch Up
Rahnzan 11 月 11 日 下午 11:51
You wanna explain how you sent Pom Pom on two missions back to back?
gleekbt21vkook 11 月 11 日 下午 6:43
Just curious are you planing on adding Episode 6 and the final episodes when they come out?

Thanks for all the comments so far! It appears biased because for now it is. I will eventually do all the routes, but for now it is just what is listed. Also, for the comment about creating synergies as earlier as possible, before a certain point it does not allow you to level up synergies even if you send them.
Durakken 11 月 10 日 下午 4:48
From what I see, missions are not random, at least not the first 2 chapters.

Your advice is bad, imo, with regards to selections. (I've only gone through the first 2 chapters of your mission guide) You should be looking to create synergies from as early as possible and getting as close to perfect while also considering your Sonar vs Coupe choice.

It's possible that you could be able to get Punch Up up to rank 3 by the time the 'Send Literally Anyone Else' mission comes (at least 1 rank up) which puts you closer to perfect there.

You should also, absolutely send Flambae to fight the fire he set, because then you "fail" it while succeeding which gives you xp for Flambae and xp for 2 others for the next mission, namely Malevola and Coupe or Sonar who need the xp.

Just my 2 cents of opinion here.
