MTB's BM Get Up Reanimation

Port of MTB's animation from older version of Tweaked FPS Hands Cutscenes addon for Black Mesa when it still had that animation, combined with thatmoodyguy's HL2 hands rig for BM viewmodel skeleton from DefaultHL2.

Note that this won't look right with maps where you get up with this animation, but you in-context don't have the suit yet.
