Spikefist Excavation

What it does:
- Spike fists now are good for digging and mining, but do not dig the background at all.
- Spike fists damage has been nerfed from tier 5 to tier 4.
- Spike fist recipe now uses tier 4 materials (durasteel).
- Spike fist moved from tier 5 mech recipe unlocks to tier 4.

I always thought the spike fists kinda looked like little drills/mole claws, and thought they should be digging weapons. I put the idea on the back burner for a very long time, only remembering it after looking through vague old memos I left for myself. But, now it's here!
