Colonies start with one Spaceport. Adds Eternal War faction trait to Pillage and Raze Happiness malus override (same as Dictatorship). Changes Ocean to Cold and Atoll to Hot. Allows all Tier two planets to pick Jungle or Terran, instead of only one or the other. Increases Jungle and Terran Dust output by one.

Personal mod I uploaded on a whim. I believe the planet terraformation changes will only work during new games, since the galaxy seed generation is when each planet gets its information. This mod should continue to work after each update, as long as they don't do anything super crazy. I do want to mention that I only altered the English localization file, which now details that Eternal War also functions to avoid the malus. There were no localization changes, otherwise.
